“Just the fact that our faculty started this course, already gave a good feeling – obviously we do not only care about how we perform, but also how we feel and interact at RSM. Under Kikis competent and charming guidance the course provided week by week a peaceful place full of warm invitations to see yourself, your colleagues and your work from many different angles. Thank you very much for this experience!

I learned to be more open-minded. There are moments when I let my assumptions lead my thoughts, which can give me the impression that situations are more difficult than they actually are. By looking objectively what are the facts and by listening and asking questions more, situations and even people are more easy to address. Let’s lighten up!

Cécile Reulen –  Career Services Manager Erasmus University Rotterdam

Astrid Huisman – Corporate Marketing and Communications Manager atRotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University

We looked at the Circle of Influence and how we could use it to be more aware of our choices and actions. All of examples showed that we focused on the things we could not change. This leads to stress and tension. The goal is to focus on the things we can influence and leave the rest.”
Younes – student in July 2013
