People often ask me: what apps are good for Mindfulness in a business setting? To be honest, I hardly use apps to help me with mindfulness. But what I do do when changing a habit or do a quick mindful moment, is setting my alarm clock as a reminder (multiple times a day!).
However, you might want more on apps. Here is an interesting article for you. I do like the app Headspace by the way.
